Pursuant to Sections 8 to 10 of the TMG we are as a service provider not obliged to monitor third-party information linked to or saved on our site or to investigate the possibility of any illegal activity contained therein. Any obligation to delete or block information as required by any other law shall remain unaffected by this. Any liability in this context can however only be incurred from the time when a concrete legal infringement becomes known. Should we become aware of such an infringement, we will remove the offending content immediately.

Collection of data using etracker

Our website uses the technology provided by etracker GmbH to collect information for marketing and optimisation purposes. This information can be used to create user profiles under a pseudonym. Cookies may be used as a part of this process. Cookies are small text files that are saved locally in the cache of a site visitor’s internet browser. Cookies enable the website to recognise visitors when they visit the site again. The information stored through the use of etracker technology is neither merged with personal information about the individual who corresponds to a particular pseudonym nor used to personally identify visitors to the website without the express permission of the individual concerned. Collection of data using Google Analytics

Our website can generally be used without the visitor having to provide personal data. In the cases where personal data is entered into our website (e.g. name, address or email address) this shall always be on a voluntary basis as far as possible. Personal data will be saved up until the point when consent to do so is withdrawn, i.e. when data is deleted. We use the third-party email marketing software CleverReach for data management, which stores data in their secure European data centres. CleverReach analyses the behaviour of newsletter recipients using cookies but only provides this data to us in anonymised form. We have signed an agreement with CleverReach for the outsourcing of our data processing, and we follow the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using CleverReach.
