Communication Excellence for Leaders SeminarPowerful persuasion in a complex environment

Top managers working in an international environment are faced with numerous communication challenges which result from the highly sensitive, demanding and varied tasks required of them. They need to convince and persuade, be able to deal with conflict constructively, manage meetings and achieve results without alienating colleagues or business partners. Given these complex situations, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.

By focusing on a range of skills in one compact seminar, we aim to provide managers with the hands-on tools and the ability to meet these complex challenges, directly impacting the results they achieve.

The seminar consists of three days of intensive training. It focuses on high-level, concrete business communication skills. At the same time, each manager’s values and self-awareness are explored in order to facilitate changes in communication style. The participants leave with a range of tactics and tips as well as a personal outline for their further development. Frontal input is kept to a minimum. Participants are expected to engage using a range of tools including video feedback, role plays, scenario analysis and peer feedback.

Please note:
This seminar is held in English and focuses on communication skills (as opposed to language elements) and therefore requires a minimum of an upper-intermediate level of English (high B2 or C1 based on the Common European Framework of Reference) for participation.
